Welcome to DewCount. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DewCount mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Shadow Tech Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. App Features & Usage

  • Calculator Functionality: DewCount provides mathematical calculation tools. While we strive for accuracy, results are provided for informational purposes only.
  • Customization: The App allows you to choose from built-in background themes. These assets are owned by Shadow Tech Pte. Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws.
  • Live Activities & Dynamic Island: By enabling these features, you allow the App to display calculation results on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including but not limited to the UI design, logos, built-in background images, and software code, remain the exclusive property of Shadow Tech Pte. Ltd.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHADOW TECH PTE. LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT CALCULATIONS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES, OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHADOW TECH PTE. LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
